SERVE
When you serve, you're not just helping the church. You're helping someone else take their next step toward Jesus. Whether you're welcoming guests, investing in kids, creating worship experiences, or serving behind the scenes, every person plays an important part in helping others become more like Jesus.

Local Missions
We love our neighbors by partnering with incredible local organizations making a difference throughout our community. Explore how you can get involved.
-
Feed South Nashville is one of the primary ways The Village Church loves our neighbors. Every week, we rescue food that would otherwise go to waste, provide meals for families experiencing food insecurity, and partner with local schools to make sure students have food to take home over the weekend. This ministry is an opportunity for all ages and great for individuals, small groups, or families to volunteer.
-
Harvest Hands is a catalyst for Christ-centered community development working for wholeness in South Nashville. They work alongside our neighbors to further education, healthy living, spiritual formation, and economic development.
-
Art Helps Cancer, Inc. partners with the community to assist families by alleviating day-to-day concerns so they can focus on fighting cancer.
-
Siloam Health’s mission is to share the love of Christ by serving those in need through health care.
-
Men of Valor is committed to winning men in prison to Jesus Christ and discipling them. Their purpose is to equip them to re-enter society as men of integrity.
Go Serve Sundays
Twice each year, instead of gathering in our building, we gather throughout our community.
We believe one of the best ways to worship God is by loving our neighbors. That's why we cancel our regular Sunday services and spend the morning serving our city together.
Go Serve Summer
Before the school year begins, we spread out across our community to serve local schools, nonprofit organizations, and neighborhoods through hands-on projects.
Go Serve Christmas
During Christmas break, we pack and deliver food to families who need it most.
Global Missions
We believe everyone deserves access to clean water, and we're grateful to partner with organizations creating lasting, sustainable change around the world.
For years, we've partnered with Water4 to help bring sustainable access to clean water throughout Uganda. Every Easter, our entire Easter offering is given away to support this work. Together, we've helped provide clean drinking water for tens of thousands of people since 2017.
